Minor point of order - Disney does not have a Wedding CHAPEL, there is a
Wedding PAVILION next to the Grand Floridian. This makes it neutral any may
be used for any wedding ceremony, religious or not, and if religious, for any
religion. Disney does have a listing of local clergy, by religion and
denomination, who are willing to perform ceremonies there. Note that the
local Catholic Bishop does not allow any local priests to conduct weddings
there, but one may "import" a Catholic Priest to conduct a ceremony.
The basic rules, I think, for use of the pavilion (at no charge) are that
you purchase at least $5,000 (plus tax and services charges) in food and
beverage, photography, flowers, character rentals, and other wedding related
expenses at any of the Disney facilities; also that there is a total of at
least 50 rooms nights (17 rooms for 3 nights, etc) purchased by people
attending the wedding; these may be at any of the Disney hotels.
For further information, call the WDW Fairy Tale Wedding Department
through the WDW main switchboard. They will send you all sorts of
information.
