Often, when I'm travelling out of state and I see an officer alone on
a stop in what appears might be a rough situation, I will pull over.
Sometimes the officer will just keep an eye on me; and sometimes he
will walk back to find out what I'm doing. After they know what I'm
doing (if I wasn't able to reach their dispatch) they usually
appreciate it............although I did have one interesting
experience.
