Also, if you put "as datatype" on each of your "Dim"
statements, you might
see what the problem is.  As it stands, nothing appears to be wrong because
we don't really know what each variable's type should be.  The only other
thing I would do is replace

Close FilNummer

with

Close #FilNummer
