Your definition of a long time is decidedly different than mine or most
peoples. For instance, the WTC came down in September of 2001, we're now
into February 2004 and still there is nothing there but a hole, yet you
expect an entire country to be back to normal (as if it ever was normal)
when we can't even rebuild a single city block in 3 times that period?
