You can, if you like, include the same file or files in two different
projects. For your case, this might look something like this:

MainGame.vbp
    FormMain.frm
    ModMain.bas
    FormMini.frm
    ModMini.bas

MiniGame.vbp
    FormMini.frm
    ModMini.bas

You can keep MiniGame.vbp, plus FormMini.frm and ModMini.bas in a folder
called MiniGame, while you keep MainGame.vbp, FormMain.frm, and
ModMain.bas in a folder called MainGame.

To add the two minigame files to MainGame.vbp, just click Project, Add
File, navigate to their folder, and select them.

Keep in mind that if you do this, you still have only one copy of
FormMini.frm, etc., so changes made while in either project would affect
both projects.
