I don't care about "fault" or "blame". That means nothing to me. What I
want is facts. i.e. Such and so stated this or that in precisely that way.

Sure, but that doesn't make it right. Nor does the fact that almost all kids
lie about their ages entitle this one kid to any "winnings". It's sorta too
bad, but the guy WAS cheating in the first place.
My chief concern is the seemingly "bum rap" the Mashantuckets got on this
issue. Funny, those guys were lied about in Massachusetts from Day 1.
Things just don't change.
