The Central Iowa Computer User Group, of which I am currently president, has 
a number of monochrome or CGA monitors we'd be happy to sell to you, and also 
CGA/monochrome video cards.  The shipping would probably be prohibitive on 
the monitor!, but the cards would be reasonable.
