 I catched to stations on 12-8 without id.
 I think the first one is the Austrian Embassy in Tel Aviv. Transmission
 was in SI-ARQ 96bd at 11.58 UTC. Message:
 GTTA GHIN TEL AVIV HIER KO  HABE HEUTE NICHTS ZU N E
 OVER++
 WEEKEND U. DKS AWS BIS DIENSTAG
 CLEAR++

 The second one is also a diplo station on 10191 kHz, heard at 10.20 UTC
 using ARQ-E 96bd, coded msgs 5-letter groups. I tuned in at the end of
 a message:
 NNNN
 K9K9 ENDE MESSAGE
 ZZCZ
 QD AMBBELG
 DA MAEROMA
 AMBBELG
 AMBBUCA
 AMBBUDA
 AMBMOSC
 AMBSOFI
 AMBVARS
 AMBZAGR
 then 5-letter groups
 I guess that AMB means embassy and BELG=Belgrade, BUCA=Bucarest,
 BUDA=Budapest, MOSC=Moscow, SOFI=Sofia, VARS=Warsaw, ZAGR=Zagreb
 QD AMBBELG could be: to embassy Belgrade
 DA MAEROMA could be: from MFA Romania ??? They usually use ROU-FEC
 so I am puzzled about this one
