I don't find it all that "extreme," unless you consider it
extreme not to ask softball leading questions to liberal guests, but
certainly they are more conservative than the rest of the alphabet soup.
Luckily, someone is doing it - I don't think it's very
productive/enlightening to listen/watch only the liberals on the other
networks, do you?
Let's be careful too, to realize that there is difference between news and
opinion. As far as the Gibson BBC diatribe, I caught a few of his shows in
the past 6 months or so where he had representatives on from the BBC that
confirmed to him in response to direct questioning that they are very
liberal and that some of their personalities could only be described as
anti-American. So his opinion piece was certainly designed to be
provocative (he hits Californians hard too as wackos), yet was based on
information right out of the horses mouth.
