A possible, but unlikely complication. These drugs don't produce an
automatic erection. They rely on sexual stimulation to work. Unlike the
ones injected into the penis (grue!), which just put it up anyway. With
sildenafil (and Cialis), after the orgasm and stimulation stop, down it
goes. With the injected prostaglandins, it's up till they are metabolized
or leak away. A much more dangerous, artificial, and potentially unpleasant
situation
