I have (very slow) QuickBASIC code for a 136-color CGA mode. It has
some basic routines like PutPixel, GetPixel, Box, Circle, ...
If you want it, I'll post it.
JB> I've been learning about 3d graphics a lot lately. Sure, a lot of you
JB> will probably say I'm wasting my time by using CGA and trying to do 3d,
JB> but if you think about it, a lot of VGA games run in the 320x200x256,

JB> into colors at the moment, it's a perfect mode. Same resolution as the
320x200x136 is almost the same as 320x200x256... (but much slower)
 JB> mode 13h. I'm trying to write like a wire-frame version of
JB> Wolfenstein, which would be pretty fun to play around with. But the
JB> crappy layout of CGA's video memory isn't helping any. :)
