The message from Stuart Dubois rises higher:
T> BD> SD>MMT is a bogus album, made up to provide an album "vehicle"
T> BD> for a bunch
T> BD> SD>of stuff. Side 1 is (obviously) the movie stuff, and side 2
T> BD> SD>is just singles (like _Let It Be_. It really works better as
T> BD> SD>2 very short albums.
T> In its original British form it wasn't an LP. It was two 45rpm EPs,
T>and featured just the movie material.
SD> Cool! I had never heard that before. I wonder what the EP's are
SD> worth now...
You can get a CD boxed set that has every EP The Beatles made. They put
one EP per CD, so there's a lot of wasted space, but you get the true
feeling of separate EPs that way as well as different cover art. As I
understand it, The Beatles released quite a few EPs in Britain and a
few different ones in the U.S. The songs from these were released on
various albums in the U.S. but nowhere else (you know, like that album
_Yesterday and Today_ or _Beatles 65_).
