When they wheel Cheney out of his cave, he actually comes across quite
well, but he stays underground so long at a time that his personna gets all
ripped to hell and even I don't like him much as a result. I'd say though,
that he'll be out and about and rebuilding his facade very effectively for
the campaign, but I don't see him hanging in there for the full 2nd term,
probaby he'll resign toward the fall of 2005. Bush'll probably slip Frist
in to replace him and give him enough time to season himself for the run
against Hillary in 2008.
