| subject: | Re: Case problem |
Well, I selected Case in the first place because I program in Assembly
(Microchip) and this is my first attempt at VB and I am not very familar
with all the syntax and all these new procedures like a Case statement. I
have been working with VB for only a few days now.
I also don't have any books because I was wondering if I shouldn't start
in VB but in the Studio.Net instead. Then again I hear that there more VB
programers in the world than any other.
But I have the internet and the help of all the experts like Rick reading my
silly questions.
I can't learn a language unless I just jump in. By the way where are the
line numbers?
Is there a way to single step and trace these programs and look at a watch
window of the variables changing?
After starring a the first page of VB for a few days trying to get started
something finally clicked in VB is very hard to get started in.Seems easy
now, just need to learn all the tricks. I'm comming around the corner and
almost done.
Stay tuned, more silly questions will be comming ,
Kirk
