I have VB 6.0 SP6 (v 6.0.9782)

The problem I am seeing is that with the same idential code I can recompile
an exe and one time it works on a machine and one time it does not, the app
simply locks up...

IDENTICAL code, different builds.

I have tried building on 2 different OS's (w2k and winxp sp2) thus different
versions of comctl, and olepro etc
I have tried building on an Intel P3, and AMD Athlon, I have tried
everything I can possibly think of.

Has ANYONE experienced bizarre compile differences this way?
Any ideas on things to look for?
