Since the instruction pointer is EIP, rather than IP, this program is
running in 32-bit mode. Therefore, your DPMI parameters probably need
looking at.
Check the settings notebook for the VDM session and ensure that DPMI_DOS_API
is set to ENABLED (or at least AUTO) and the DPMI_MEMORY_LIMIT is
sufficiently high (32MB is often good, since that's the limit of DOS/4GW).
