I'm in the (un)lucky position, that i develop my tosser myself, so
i could do that.

But it could also be done with a 3rd party tool that moves things away
after your tosser prepared the original outbound.

It's quite easy:
- Check/set BSY
- Read LO files
- If there's a PKT referenced in the outbound, move that PKT away
- Update the LO file with the new path.
- Clear BSY

Or having two outbounds is possible as well, but more work with
BSY in both directions.
