All applications *must* have an "entry point". In VB you have
your choice of
using either a subroutine named "Main", located in a BAS file
that executes
before any forms are loaded (and which would be responsible for showing the
main application form with a Form1.Show (or whatever the main form name is)
command, or of selecting one of the forms in the project as your startup
object (e.g. "Form1"). This option is set under project/options
on the first
tab.

If you select sub main as the startup point, and you don't create a routine
called Sub Main, you get the error.

:I am really new at this. I keep getting an error message that says that
: "Sub Main() is not found". Sometimes it shows up and others it doesn't.
I
: can put a couple of labels or buttons and all is fine. I put one more and
: the error pops up.
:
: I'm completely confused here.

: Any help appreciated.
