As long as you get an I-Modem model with the built-in NT-1, that's all you need.

The I-Modem can only do one thing at a time on one B channel, adaptively
originating or answering, analog or digital - however, you can attach one
of your V.Es to its POTS jack and have another analog-only line available
over the second B channel of your BRI.
