Is this a site that requires Netscape 3 or higher?  Despite the version # 
NS/2 has the functions of version 3 for Windows.  You can fool a site into 
thinking you have version 3 by opening your NS/2 setup folder and putting a 
"-3" without the quotes in the parameters tab.
