It's about finite resources and knowing your capabilities to accomplish
goals. It's about more than just Iraq though. It's about the substitution
of cluster bombs for diplomacy. It's about not having the resources
necessary to foster any kind of success in Afghanistan ( unless you are an
opium lord ). It's about inadequate information when you rush to action.
It's about a myriad other blunders that will relegate this administration
into the buffoons hall of fame.
