SCIRI will take power properly & then their first target as per std
doctrine will be to "secure their base" a la
Stalin-Trotsky/napoleon-snowball (animal farm) i.e. destroy all shia power
centers except them (i.e. the Sadrists et al) & then they'll secure the
twin rivers up to the kurdish border & then the Sunni  desert regions
out to Jordan & Syria.

Obviously the nasty disappearances will be carried out by "rogue
elements/militias" (cough cough).

Oh & they'll obviously kill Saddam & as many of his clan/adherents
as they can (inc possibly in 3'rd countries)

The man is a psycho-killer. A true sociopath. It's what made him such a
good dictator. As usual with these types not even his only family was safe
let alone some poor bloody villagers in the wrong place at the wrong time.
