Where did you get that?  I didn't see a single mention of god or religion
in the piece.  It is much more likely that he was referring to Western
faith in liberal democracy rather than to religious faith.

I think that  Blair's real problem is a gross overestimation of the limits
of superpower-dom in today's world.
