I have the old PAUSE.ZIP dated 1993.02.13 from "Richard Feezel  
72401,1055".  It's "READ ME" states that it hasn't been
tested with Warp 
2.01, but works with Warp 2.0.  I don't know if this old version still 
works, so a copy of Paul's PAUSE2.SYS or archive would be most appreciated.
I have been suffering under a very low connection rate of 12000 baud due 
to continuing problems with POTS/ISP hardware (same company), which is 
to be repaired for the 3rd time on Monday, so there is no rush in 
sending the file.
