FR> Are you the same person who posts in the Cancer conference?
 RC> I are the one:-))))
Well, it's a small world after all!! :-)
The BBS that I was using (Metronet) went down the drain, so I don't
have access to the Cancer conf. any longer.
FR> So how much does MyInvoices cost? Of course, my business has been
FR> so slow lately, that I may not need any special program.
RC> It cost me $25 at Office Depot for a fully licenced copy. Of course
RC> they trya nd sell you the fancy invoice templates etc., but hey, plain
RC> paper gets the job done too:-))) and they look good too. I have a laser
RC> printer, so I pre-printed my name and address and all that using
RC> WimpyDoze Write (I don't run Office), then when I run MyInvoice it
RC> comes out looking just fine:-))))
So maybe one of these days, I will splurge and spend the $25 for
MyInvoices. But the Part time work is still slow. The only job I have
now is a volunteer job. I am doing some design work on some stowable
seating that would be suitable for wheel chair access. This is for the
 new Ravens stadium.
I also have a laser printer, and it does an excellent job printing
 Autocad drawings.
RC> I also use Quicken to track stuff by chart of accounts.
FR> I use Managing Your Money to keep track of my investments.
RC> Hmmmnnn, that's a new one on me:-))
MYM has been around for many years now, but I don't think it's as
 popular as Quicken.
RC> Of course, I don't have investments at this time, i sink all my money
RC> into my bsuiness and hobbies:-)))
Well, I've been fooling around with the stock market for 40 years now,
 and still ain't rich! :-)
FR> I have access to at least one local BBS, I will have to check it out.
 RC> You're on Bandmaster, aren't you?
Never heard of that. Is it in the Baltimore area?
Thanks for your reply, and keep in touch,
 Fred
