Since my DOS boxes all have provision for both expanded or extended memory
up to at least 4 Mb, we must be talking about different versions of
Windows. As for speed, my primary PC has 512Mb of RAM and a PIII-864 mhz
processor so slowdowns are not a major problem.

I've never tried it so I can't comment. All I can say is that my system is
stable and as quick as I could ask for.
