Right. I wont' be the first with this (and not the last either I
guess), but anyway.
I recently found an old LP featuring Tony Sheridan and The Beatles.
On it is a song called 'Nobody's child'.
It is in no way familiar to 'You like me too much' (on Help!)
Except, of course, for the intro.
Apart from the fact that on 'Nobody's child' it is a guitar and on 'You
like me too much' it is a piano, they sound pretty much alike. To me,
at least.
It's only three seconds, but it struck me at once, and I wondered if
I'm alone in this (I can't imagine).
Is this just the recycling of an intro of some sort? A tribute? A jeer?
I hope I'm not just bothering you with some detail that has been spread
around and has been discussed by the world ages ago, but I'm pretty
curious anyway.
