At some point assuming they aren't "shot trying to escape" these
bods will go free & at that point if they can show torture etc then
foreign travel is going to be a casualty for many in the US admin.

They were warned over Bagram, they were warned over GT, they were warned
over Abu Ghraib, they were warned over secret prisons.

That they chose to ignore such warnings is their choice just as it was the
choice of Milosovic, Karadic & Mladic.
