I'd love to help, but I run Mystic on Linux, with no phone line.  I don't
think that Mystic32 uses a batch file.  I don't even know if Mystic32
supports events and what-not.  My suggestion would be to have Windows
schedule an event that will run Intermail.  It should prolly be independant
of Mystic in that regard.
