If you believe that utter crap from the Heritage Foundation, who is the fool?

As I said, it is the first I have heard of Saddam financing everything in
sight for his own benefit and the reason I haven't is because no credibly
publication has bothered to repeat what obviously smells of "Made in
Tel Aviv" crap. It might as well have been written by the Israeli
propaganda ministry, although the
Heritage Foundation is a good stand-in.
