Hi, Brenton.

BV> BL> NO-RODI INC.... BUILDING A RODDI-FREE WORLD
BV> BV> I think you might be onto something there. I know a bloke who may be
BV> BV> able to help you get the company listed on the ASX :)

BV> FM> And become an instant millionaire like the bloke from Sausage Software
BV> FM> and get on Channel Nine and all. For a week anyway. What are Sausage
BV> FM> today? 30c? (They listed at I think 90!)

Now 26.5. :-)

BV> Fuck me. That's 30c more than they are worth. I had a need to download
BV> "HotDog" yesterday. Bloody Hell, you lot are fucking gullible. He
BV> didn't write anything. Not one fucking thing. HotDog is a VB program
BV> and everything is done with 3rd party VBX's. Basically, all he did
BV> was buy VB and the High-Edit VBX. Bugger me. How much did he sell
BV> out for ?

He didn't. One thing that the ASX insists on when new companies float on
largely intangible assets is a period of escrow for the so-called
"vendor" shares. Up to and usually 2 years in which he can't trade them,
not even privately. This is to try to prevent the public being ripped
off, by someone floating something basically worthless but with lots of
hype and then selling the lot, for which he has paid little or nothing,
on the first day.

Fuck Frank. We can do better than that. It gets worse too.
BV> For an Internet Company, they don't know much about the net. I've
BV> learnt more in the last couple of months by hassling David Begley
BV> than this bloke will ever know. Their site is as slow as a wet week,
BV> their software sux toxic waste, and the guy is a dick-head.

He (Outtrim) is not the only one. As I mentioned at the Yak we had the
CFO in last week. See my message to Bob earlier in this packet.

BV> I can tell you why Microsoft didn't buy them...Because there is
BV> absolutely NOTHING to buy. It's all a facade and a very poor one
BV> at that. Anyone with half an ounce of technical ability (which of
BV> course, immediately excludes Rod or Paul) would see that immediately.

BV> If "the market", is really that stupid, then we've gotta talk !

You have my number. :-)

Regards, fIM.
