Sounds good. It's a reasonable price. It's OK with the management.
You reach out to those in your community (your apartment complex).
You could be reaching others who work out of their apartments who
need your service.
Of course, don't forget there's your printing costs too on top of
the delivery charge, and ask them to make sure about document size
requirements (to fit in the bulletin), and any other requirements
that may have to be followed (content approval). You don't want
to print out 700 copies and find out that they don't meet
requirements.
