heh....recent lesson in international politics is...don't bother to sign
(or if signed then withdraw from) the NPT now as it's just a tool for the
countries with WMD to threaten everyone else.

Pakistan, India, Israel...no NPT no problemo with getting Nukes...NK &
Iran...however...
