My meaning was that the good done from uncovering and halting the
underground nuclear proliferation would be equivilent to 9 more Iraqs in
potential future threats and death and primarily directed against civilians
via either actual nuclear detonations or dirty bombs.

I'm not sure how you conclude that, given that we just waged one of the
most successful campaigns in the history of the world with very minimal
civilian, or other casualties for that matter.
