Not here. Libraries do have internet, but it is not free. Same as internet
cafes. Also normally the terminals have no disk stations, the only input is
the mouse and the keyboard and the only output is the screen and the
printer. No way to do Fido over that.

And schools will only allow their own pupils make use of it. Naturally, it
is their parents that pay for it.
