I didn't intend to relegate them to sideshow status. They were important
too, where we differ in that regard is you think Bush et.al. knowingly and
intentionally falsified that information, I maintain that they did not.

Technically I suppose it could, but in reality it would not. Don't forget
the most important aspect of all in regards to Iraq: a decade of
resolutions that were not working and never would have. While we spent
billions doing flyovers, Saddam lined the pockets of our future adversaries
in the security council - that's more than enough justification alone. Next
up is the hard choice of mucking around with Kim Jong Il for another decade
without progress or prompting another choice with heavy participation from
China - waiting makes him more dangerous than he is now and kills many more
than the 1,000 a month that Saddam was slaughtering (120,000+ while we had
our jets shot at for a decade). To me that makes waiting criminal.
