Indeed. Are we still in the Cold War? Is a vast red army camped out in
Eastern Germany?

Who exactly is MAD aimed against?

All the nuke powers signed the NPT & all are abusing it much more than
North Korea or Iran. No signs of international & verifiable disarmament
getting towards 0 nuclear weapons.

My view is increasingly "Got Nukes = terrorist state".

They're not mil weapons, they're terror weapons & city destroyers.
