No, c and sal are the only ones we currently supply. We went ahead and made
the associations, which at the time I thought was a good idea, but maybe it
wasn't.

You should be able to run it from anywhere, by adding the following lines to
the start of your .ui WhenLoaded(), just after the variable declarations:
Set(LoadDir, "c:\e32\")
LoadSynhiAssoc()
Where "c:\e32\" is where you have all the TSE files. Note that the trailing
slash is required (this should be fixed in a future version).
