RW> Otherwise, I been stuck with a number of quite ho-hum readings,
RW> nothing that really stands out, except for my current one, 'The Music
RW> of What Happens' by John Straley. I think this is the third in his
RW> Cecil Younger series and every bit as enjoyable as 'The Woman Who
RW> Married a Bear' and 'The Curious Eat Themselves'. Younger is an
RW> alchoholic Alaskan who admits to "not being a very good detective."
RW> Straley writes beautifully and revealingly about life in Alaska. His
RW> titles come from folk legends.
I read "The Woman Who Married a Bear" and had a hard time with it. It
seemed to plod along. As I love anything Alaskan, I had really looked
forward to it. I guess I'll get my Alaska fill with Sue Henry's books.
