I replied to you before and did not receive an answer from YOU!  In
the previous message I asked the following questions:
             1) Why did you return the tubes to me?
             2) If there was a problem, why didn't you contact me
                before returning the tubes?
             3) If you have a VALID reason for returning the tubes,
                I will send you back $8.00, since the price was
                $8.00 for the tubes and $2.00 shipping.
Please respond ASAP so we can get this matter cleared up!
