Yup & it's dictated by Al-Qaeda right down to new harsher laws for
Americans in their own country (& British in their country, French in
France etc.etc.) Heck they've managed to make all the world's "liberal
democracies" less democratic & less liberal. & as for those on
the cusp of becoming liberal democracies....well they've managed to slow
that process.

If the world slips back into a catatonic state it will be Al-Qaeda which
rouses it. They're the ones with the real interest in keeping the world
from slipping into a state of peace & human rights etc.
