Send them $1.00 and a SASE and ask for their list of FFL holders who
will order a gun for you.

Only) and 502-244-4400 (Info)) carries a lot of used .38 revolvers,
varying from a blue S&W model 10 at $139.99 to a Model 19 stainless
(in .357 magnum, of course) at around $230.00.
Bandet, Inc. (PO Box 6735, Abiline, TX, 79608, 915-698-0409) has the
Taurus M85 new for $159.95 (blue) and $189.95 (stainless).
You should be able to find an FFL dealer who will order one of these for
you for a 10% markup, plus shipping.
I also see the Colt OP advertised at around $200.
