I'm not sure exactly what you are talking about. I pay to get
my internet connection - about $16cdn for 200 hours a month -
and E-Mail access is included with that with no other costs.
I know there are some free internet providers but they can be
frustrating to use with time limits and busy signals and often
have a lot of advertisement on their sites to pay the costs for you..
