Your pages are too wide for your margins hence Access overflows on the
second page.  If you can't shrink down your page then you have some of
those horizontal lines "hidden" on the edge of a section such as a header
or a footer.  If the overflow is small enough then you could just increase
your margins, of course.
I use the mouse on the RHS of the page and draw a narrow box down from
the top.  If some object handles magically appear I've found a hidden
line and I delete the sucker.
