I have a Sportster WinModem. I was using X2 but thought I might
get a little more speed from V.90 & X2 upgrade from 3Com.
Now I connect mostly at 28K with download speeds of .5K .
Even when I connect at 42K or something it still downloads at
.5K.  I was doing fine with X2!  3Com upgrade sucks!

Now I'll probably have to delete everything and re-install it all
to get back to X2 only! Your not missing a thing!
