It is nice to see that there are so many ways of contacting you to
place an order. If only you had as many ways of shipping promised
product!
You claim that you have products which you advertise in stock.  Yet, I
have still not received the INFOMAGIC LINUX CD/BOOK set which I ordered
on 2/7.  Even though you indicated that it would be shipped last week:
No package yet!  What makes it worse is that you charged my credit card
for shipping on the product, on 2/7,  even though it was out of stock,
and has not yet been received here.
What is the current story Mike?  Did your dog eat the back order file?
