Doug,
Ah ha, so you're the culprit that has been leaving the door opened up
there in the north that's been causing all this winter weather down here .
Mother Nature is trying her best to bring spring-time in here, but it's not
working well. Some say we are to have temps in the 50's the first of next
week, thought I think they are just trying to boost our spirits. We have had
only a few hours of sunlight this entire month. Yesterday the sun did come
out for a bit, so even though the tenps were in the 20's I put on my shades
and went outdoors during lunch.....not to worry though, I still had on my
winter apperal .
Ah yes, I enjoy coffee, and it does the same for me, just hadn't heard of
any scientific facts about it helping colds. At one point I used to drink at
least a pot of coffee a day, and then decided that I would cut back to one
cup a day. Mind you it's a large cup, but still the reduction was amazing.
I decided that I would get the best coffee that was available to me, buy the
beans, combine the flavors, grind them and have something that's very
appealing to me. So each morning, I brew my one cup, put it in a thermal
mug, and don't pour it about the time I get ready to walk out the
door....then I enjoy it all the way to work. So enjoy your coffee, and have
a Happy Valentines Day with your love.
Patti
