These guys are essentially no more than a "Kyoto 60." But it was
that that peer review that really pissed them off - prior to that they
could push through their agenda without proper vetting and they're feeling
oh so constrained by having to actually support their recommendations to
get past that review by scientists that aren't on their cherry-picked,
rubber-stamping list. Ho Hum.

I give Bush wholehearted credit for stopping them. You want to see a bad
economy, wait till Kerry signs a new more restrictive Kyoto Extortion Bill
based on their paranoia - that'll put the US on the road to depression, not
just recession.
