There are a couple of things you can do. (1) create a bulletin requesting
them to do this for their own security and put it as part of the logon
process, (2) set an expiry date for each user -- if you have many users this
will be a pain, but you only have to do it once. (-:

Setting an expiry date for a month or whatever you want to set it at is a
permanent fix for this. It is time consuming, but you only have to do it
once. As for the new callers you may get afterwards, I'll have to look in
MAX.DOC for that. I don't remember offhand how to do it.
