Hello Paul,

PE> John, I may be excommunicated before I receive a reply to my message
PE> in ZONE3_SYSOP, can you please keep an eye on that echo (about PC
PE> appeals to the ZC)? Thanks + bye. Paul.

Oh dear. What's the world coming to when you can't tell someone to get
fucked without the fear of getting excommunicated?

BTW, you should be talking to your net co-ord first, if no luck then RC, then
if no luck ZC. Don't skip any stages as it may be thrown out, and once out
due to your doing, it will look bad for you the next time.

Read up on Policy 4 again, and use the law to your advantage.
